Not getting video

I have a second board that I was able to successfully upload the firmware to, but that is getting no video. A continuity check shows all pins are connected properly on the video controller chip. I double checked the solder joints on the video connector.

Any thoughts on what the likely culprit is?

Did you end up getting your video working?

Whenever I can't get video out the culprit is I missed pins on the video chip. Even under my microscope I would swear they are soldered nicely and after I reflow all the pins again I am then greated with a working video out.
