BASIC Engine NG English Help File

I rearranged the English language help file to be in alphabetical order (up to four letters deep, though I've probably messed up somewhere on the list of commands); with the operators and such being listed first, so the actual commands will be on the screen in lower resolution modes when the screen scrolls. The only addition is SCREEN modes 11 through 20, though I need to - and will - add better descriptions to them.

You are of course free to do whatever you want, but the help text JSON files (and the translations, and the HTML manual) are auto-generated from basicdoc comments in the source code. The source for the SCREEN help text, for instance, is here: https://github.com/uli/basicengine-firmware/blob/master/ttbasic/basic_video.cpp#L205. So if you want your work to persist, please make any changes there and send a patch. (For now, please use git format-patch to create a patch and attach the file to a forum post; I'll work out a more formal solution if the need arises...)

As for the order of the commands, please make a bug report and tag it as enhancement. Thank you.
